Eat Healthy Food
“Eat healthy food”. This is a good advice that I received a long time ago and now I see the results. Not only I lost weight (not too much, but exactly the weight that makes me feel better), but also I feel fool of energy and optimistic.
So, I say it again, for everybody who wants to listen: Eat healthy food!”

- Unsaturated fats
- Fiber
- Vitamins
- Mineral
- Lots and lots of water
Uses as many fresh foods as you can eat, without additives and preservatives, as natural as possible.

Remember always that fruits and vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants, which fight against free radicals and slowed the aging process. Antioxidants have role in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. They act on free radicals neutralizandu her and take care of blood vessels, helping circulation and thus to protect our heart. Antioxidants (especially vitamin E) are the ones who help us have a beautiful skin and appear healthy, they are the ones that offer skin elasticity, which means fewer wrinkles. Vitamin E, the most famous antioxidant, is the ally against bad cholesterol and thus are safe from complications from the heart, especially of heart attack.
Free radicals and cancer
Various researches have shown that free radicals have published about breast cancer, stomach, colon, prostate, pancreas, etc.. Radicals leading to cell growth and development of cancer. And antioxidants may act on the cancer cells before they spread. However, consumption of fruits and vegetables does not appear definitively such diseases nor bring healing. But antioxidants are those that support the body and we strengthen the protective shield.
Men should eat more red (fruits and vegetables)
A recent study conducted at Harvard University showed that men who consume more red (the antioxidants) or products that are based on tomatoes, has a risk factor lower by 35% with respect to the occurrence of prostate cancer than men who consume very little or no red.
