Using circular movements, clean first the forehead, than the cheeks, nose, chin and neck. This way you will benefit also about a face massage, that will  make you fill better. Never dry your face with a towel, let the water vaporize for itself.

Cleansing products are also very efficient. Use a cleanser twice per day to have a great face skin. Choose one appropriate with your skin type.

Here are some recipes for strawberry mask.

Attention:

– strawberry mask is not recommended for persons with sensitive skin or sunburns.

– wash very careful the fruits before use them

– dry them using a paper towel

– use the mixture immediately or keep it in the refrigerator max 24 hours.

Recipe 1

Take 100 g of strawberries fruits and 50 g (5 spoons) of corn starch powder. Mash the strawberries and mix together with the corn starch powder till you will obtain a paste. Before applying the mixture on your face, clean the with warm water to open the pores, and leave the “cream” for 30 minutes to action. At the end, rinse it with cold water.

Recipe 2

Take 100 g of strawberries, mash them in a bowl, add 50 g of natural yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix all together and apply it on the skin. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse it with cold water.

Recipe 3

Take a handful of strawberries and mix them with 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply on your face and leave it for 15 minute. Gently remove it with a wet towel.strawberry mask

Recipe 4

Froze 2 strawberries. The next day take them and massage your face and neck till they melts. Mash the fruits on the skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Stimulate blood circulation and keep the wrinkles appearance for later.

Recipe 5

For Oily Skin we recommend the following home made mask: 1 cup of strawberries, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 egg whites and 2 teaspoon of honey. Mix all together an apply on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
